Hi All, we’re (the members of the Global Village, and anyone else who wants to join in) having our annual holiday gift exchange, which means we share stories or poems or puzzles or drawings….anything you can post online and want to share! It doesn’t have to be Xmas themed, either. It’s basically a way to share our contributions and appreciation, and it’s become a holiday tradition which is close to my heart. 🙂
Starting off the submissions is a story from Wookie, who for the second year in a row has sent in her gift incredibly early. I’ll post it December 1st, just to be seasonal, but this is a head’s up to anyone who’s thinking of participating — don’t wait till the last minute! (Who am I kidding? Some of you brats will undoubtedly wait till the last minute! *LOL*) Anyway, congrats to Wookie (although if she keeps being so darned early someone will have to spank her 😀 )!

Oh, and I was listening to the Fortunately podcast with Fi and Jane today, and they had a great line. TMT turned me on to this British podcast, and though most of the references and many of the words elude me (it’s those accents!), I do find it quite entertaining. Anyway, one of them was saying that she’s heard using Botox can interfere with a woman’s orgasm. Then she added (paraphrasing here): “Not only can you not have an orgasm, but you can’t even fake it because your expression doesn’t change!” *LOL* Pretty witty, have to hand it to her. 😀
