Yikes, it’s Christmas Eve! And we have two more stories to add to our lovely pile of holiday gifts, whoopie! 😀
The first is a story that’s sort of a poem, from Ginger Wolf. You can find it on the Links & Xmas Exchange page, and it’s called “A Barracks Christmas.” Go read it and be sure to let the author know how much you liked it.
The second story is by Beck, and it’s the long-awaited continuation of “The Game.” You can also find a link on the Xmas Exchange page, or click here to be taken directly to her blog, Beck’s Coordinates: “The Game Part 2.” Be sure to leave a comment while you’re there.
Finally, I will have a special surprise for you all tonight. No, it’s not my story (though I’m still hoping to get that finished by Xmas), but it will be up on the Xmas Exchange page. More on that later. 😉
I just got an email giving me a head’s up about the special surprise and it is indeed, special!
Also, I want to thank everyone for their gifts and apologize because even with the best of intentions, I didn’t get it together to write a story this year. No excuses, but here’s a humble lawyer/philosophy joke:
Why is it that not all women in red suits are Santa/Kris Kringle?
Because correlation does not imply Klausation.
Merry Christmas everybody!
Hupo, we’ll miss your story, but no excuse or apology is necessary. Your presence in the Village, when your busy life allows, is gift enough. Though I should spank you for that terrible punny joke! 😀
Alyx- Isn’t that the main reason most of us resort to using puns on your website? 😉
Hah! *swat! swat!* 😀
