As some of you know, I have a mini collection of implements. But I have to admit that most of them don’t get used regularly, and that my favorite implement is still my sturdy right palm. 😀 However sometimes you stumble upon some new discoveries in the most unexpected places.
Recently Mil and I took a little trip to Maui, and among the many delights to be found on this island were a couple of nice spanking implements. The first was found in the Airbnb condo we stayed at, which provided all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen. Among the cooking utensils was a silicone/rubber spatula, which turned out to make a great spanker.
Now I already have a silicone spatula in my collection, but this one came with a wooden handle which was much better than my plastic one. And the shape (both rounded and squared, curved on one side and flat on the other) proved just perfect for landing nice splats on a deserving bum. I couldn’t see a brand name, but I would highly recommend picking something like this up if you have a chance. (Oh, and before you ask — yes, we did wash it afterwards, and no, we didn’t use it for regular cooking. 😀 )
The second item I spotted in a drugstore. I was looking for a balloon stick to do some cane-like silent whipping (due to being in the aforementioned condo), and they didn’t have any balloons! But they did have a very bendy ruler, which seemed to be made out of some kind of silicone. It might’ve been plastic, as I know that’s cheaper. But it was heavier than regular plastic, and much less brittle. And my brat said it was the most evil implement in my collection! Now that’s saying something, but I’m inclined to agree with her. o.O
You can certainly use it in a less forceful manner, but if you swing it hard enough it has a terrible bite. At least as stingy as a cane, but in a much wider swath. And it’s not as silent as a cane either. But if you don’t like it for spanking, it does make a very good ruler. *LOL*

And yes, I can imagine that most brats might not want to remember such things about their vacation. *LOL* But there were lots of other nice things too — beautiful sunny beaches and balmy breezes, yummy food, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and lots of romantic moments. The spankings were just the icing on the cake. 😉

That flexi-ruler is most def the most evil implement I’ve ever encountered! Alyx did mention above that she agrees, but she failed to mention how said implement became MIA when the ‘tables turned’! I think she learned that trick from Fizzy 😉

Yes, I’m sure the brats should start running when SuperTop is around. 😀 But no, it’s a trio of stories about my character Emily Winters, who’s a counselor for those who practice domestic discipline. I wrote a Xmas story about her once: Winters’ Warmth. That one will be in the book as well as the first one I ever wrote about her, but there will also be a new story as well, which is a bit longer (and very toppy). 😉

Especially lime green. 🙂 But yes, a certain shade of dark pink, almost magenta, is another favorite of mine. 😀 (I’m sure the spatula could be used in a very painful manner, but the ruler was cane-like in its evilness. Incredibly flexible.)

Hi Alyx. I just saw your post. You have quite a collection of implements. Darn, how big is that large paddle I saw? It looks tough. For some reason, I am enamoured with the wooden brush that’s between the round black leather paddle and the black with white embellishment. How is that one? Is it one of your less severe ones or is it’s size deceptive?
Hey Micah/Anna! That big paddle is a sorority paddle, and is 27 inches long and about 6 inches wide. It’s tough, all right. I think I’ve only used it a couple of times on non-sorority members. *LOL*
Are you talking about the hairbrush with the 3 holes in the handle? It’s very light wood, but very stingy. I actually got bruised by it because the person spanking me didn’t realize how hard it can hit. But it can used less harshly, for sure. Either way it’s going to be pretty ouchie, though. *g*
