“Be Careful What You Wish For” is up on Amazon (link to US site here, or see it on my new “commercial blog“), and then I’m planning to publish an anthology of all the Cassie & Nicky stories in one volume, just for those people who like things all together. *g*
But first, I’m heading off to visit my SODU (Significant Other Down Under…that nearly rhymes, doesn’t it π ). So I’ll be on vacation for a couple of weeks, and hope to come back refreshed and ready to work!
(Or completely knackered and longing to go back. Yeah, that more likely. But I promise more stories will go up regardless. *bg*)
Alyx I bought it so now you have a few more pennies for your vacation!! Enjoy yourself! Oh and cause some trouble down under! π
Aw, thanks, CJ! I really appreciate it. I will spend those pennies wisely, and luckily they go further in Oz. π (The troublemaker actually LIVES Down Under, but rest assured there will be trubble either way! π )
Just saw your post and got a copy of the LAST Cassie and Nicky story. You realize you will soon have an entire village of Cassie addicts needing another fix! I suggest you get to writing Alyx. If you apply yourself, you could have another story ready by the time you get back from down under. I’m sure your SODU could assist you in coming up with a few scenarios.
Thank you so much for your support, Micah…it means a lot. And yeah, I was just thinking to myself I better get a new story out soon. *wry g* But no need to encourage that BDU (brat you-know-where) — she’s a handful as it is! π
Fantastic! That’s almost as exiting as you visiting your SODU! (A word that makes me thing of number puzzles for some reason π ). I know for a fact that your SODU has plans to send you home completely knackered π x
Good grief, were you indulging in the favorite Aussie pastime before writing that? π We shall have to have a talk on proof-reading before posting, missy! (Looking forward to getting knackered with you, Honey. π )
LOL! Sorry! *exciting, *think. (Me too, SOOY) (Over Yonder) π
P.S. Don’t you have the power to fix such things? I don’t mean THAT kind of power! *grumble* π
I have the power to fix ALL kinds of things, my Poky Chook! As you will soon see. *evil laugh* π
Somebody hose those two down! They’re getting all cuddly and crap! SICK!
Joking aside, wonderful to see the whole story published ( it counts as me reading a whole book right? someone tell Ash). I noticed Clare and Erin disappeared from the stories page, not sure if that was recent. I am excited to see it on Amazon, they’re my favorite. Not that I don’t love Cassie and Nicky, but I have reread Clare/Erin the most for whatever reason.
I also liked that you added a link to the commercial site. It’s almost like you have some sort of marketing department or something… (sorry, couldn’t help teasing a bit).
Enjoy your vacation. I hope you see an echidna!
Yup, will definitely put the Clare and Erin stories up on Amazon…hopefully soon. They’re favorites of mine too. π
I actually had a Marketing Manager for about 5 seconds, and she suggested I put up a link to the site. But I had to let her go….she was too wild. π
Gee, I never even thought about seeing an echidna. I’m still hoping to see a cockatoo, a turbo chook (that’s guaranteed, I think), and a Tasmanian Devil (unlikely). Maybe even a snake (they don’t have any in Hawaii). But I’ll keep an eye out for an echidna too.
Echidnas are so weird. And I love weird. They’re egg laying mammals and make up one of only two species in the monotreme family (the other being the platypus). THEY DON”T EVEN HAVE NIPPLES!!! They just secrete milk through their skin. Soooooo weird and I love them for it.
I think I remember seeing a Tasmanian Devil at the Taronga Zoo when I visited Australia. Obviously that isn’t as exciting as potentially seeing one in the wild, but it’s better than not seeing one. Talk your SODU into a zoo day!
Hawaii would be a literal wet dream for any biologist. The flora/fauna that evolved there must be so distinct. I don’t even know what I would do if I never got to catch snakes while I was hiking though.
Animals animals animals, I could talk about animals forever.
Hey it’s ’bout time! (just kiddin’ π *stepping back to avoid a swat*
Gonna get one so ya can afford an extra Tim Tam in oz, haha. Oh I may even try to write a review this time.
Shoot, Amazon won’t let me post a review. π¦ Got the kindle copy though. π
They don’t usually let you review things until you’ve spent a certain amount, for some strange reason. But that surprises me, Peachie. I know you’ve bought every spanking book there is! π
Seriously? That’s weird ’cause like you said I’ve bought tons of kinky books from Amazon *bg* and well, heaps of other stuff too.
*SWAT! anyway* *LOL* Thanks for picking one up, Peachie. I will eat Tim Tams in your honor! π
…oh, then I’m definitely waiting for the N&C-all-in-one :). I am definitely one of those people who like things all together ! π
And you and SODU enjoy your time together ! Oz is going to wonder where all these loud slapping noises suddenly come from. Maybe they’ll even send out a SWAT team to find out *gg* . (OK that was a really bad one….heeee).
*groan* *SWAT!* You do know that punning is cause for punishment, don’t you? π But thanks, Kati. I will enjoy my vacation for sure. π
Thats great Alyx! And I wish you a wonderful vacation with yr SODU in Oz!
This is a very belated reply, but thank you Robin! I had a blast. Ate far too much and saw all kinds of cool wildlife! (Not to mention animals. Heheheh. π )
Awesome! Yeah In my memory Australia could be wild in many ways π! Loved it too.
I wanted to tell you that I, after struggling for an embarrasingly long time, finally managed to buy all yr books at Amazon! YAY! Im so happy to have them now! and it feels good to be able to give something back even if not much, for all the wonderful reading you have provided. Thank you!!
I’m quite clueless at these things, really oldfashioned i guess. I am ok at fixing mechanical things like…eh.. tractors and such machines, but when it comes to computers or internettish things…. I can always find a way to do it wrong π΅
I loved Tasmania too….it was really beautiful. π
Listen, absolutely no need to apologize for buying all my stories! *LOL* I’m really happy and thankful for your wonderful support. And heck, I wish I could fix tractors and stuff like that! I have (or had) a slight mechanical inclination, but stuff like electronics have me scratching my head all the time. I’m definitely old-fashioned too. π
I never visited Tasmania, sadly cause i think it must be very special. I mostly travelled NT with the increadible Kakadu, and Queensland outback. Met the nicest people there when looking for gemstones. Cool that you also like mechanical things π And i like oldfashioned at least if combined with an open mind. π
Hi, I found your blog a few weeks ago (or was it more than a month? Not sure) and at first I just read all of the short stories you have shared and linked on this site and loved them. I enjoyed reading your writing, and the characters you created (and of course, the spankings). And just the other day I decided to take the chance and read the Cassie & Nicky series on Amazon, and I loved them too. I loved getting to meet the two of them and see their relationship. You did a great job writing their stories – it felt like I ran out of stuff to read about them way too fast. Great job, and I’m looking forward to reading more stories from you. π (I wasn’t entirely sure where to post this comment. I know this is an older post, but it seemed the most topically relevant.)
Hi Mishi, and welcome! Thank you so much for letting me know you liked my stories, and then that you bought them online. That’s like my first official new sale (most of the other sales are to wonderful people who had read the stories previously and bought them anyway…goddess bless them π ), and it makes me very happy! I will be putting more stories up on Amazon soon….maybe I’ll try for a proper book next time. π Anyway, thanks again for all your support!
