Finally!

Yup, that long-awaited event is here: TMT published a new story! You can find it on her blog, on the Links page of my blog, or just use this link: Let Nothing Ye Dismay. Be sure to let her know how much you liked her gift–  *breaking off as I am trampled by people rushing to read*  Uh…nevermind. 😀

I LOVE this story!!! 😄🎉😎🎁☺️🍭😃. TMT has created a timeless classic! I think we need a new holiday tradition. Just as Dickens’s story, A Christmas Carol, is read aloud annually by actors and celebrities every Christmas morning over my favorite local public radio station, from now on, every December 25th, I suggest the “denizens” of the GV should gather together in the Village square and collectively dramatically read aloud, Let Nothing Ye Dismay. I volunteer to read Greymalkin’s lines. But who should portray Matron Manager Felicity Kavanagh? Hmm…. Thank you, TMT, for this WONDERFUL gift!

My pleasure!!! 🙂 That’s a lovely idea, Hupo! Of course…anyone thinking of volunteering to play Felicity… should be aware of the fact that I really do own an ebony wood paddle and, for the sake of the community’s *cultural wellbeing* I am willing to lend it to the Props Dept. That way, certain scenes should have an authentic ring to them. 😉 *bg*

Seriously, thank you for such lovely feedback. xxx

*ROTFL!* I agree with you, Hupo, this is an amazing story (will comment more on that on your actual blog, TMT 🙂 ). But trust you to come up with such an idea AND snag the role of Greymalkin for yourself! As for Felicity, since TMT is obviously the one to play Vestah, I should think there’d be no shortage of volunteers…..even considering her ebony wood paddle! 😉

  3. I should say, that the best thing about having *finally* finished my story, is that I can now unwrap all the other stories left under the tree. I’m a little late to the party, I know, but what a lovely selection I am finding them to be!

TMT, once again you have outdone yourself! I loved the whole story…although I will admit to a slight heart attack when I thought that Part 2 was not yet put up! Then, I realized all I had to do was click on the link…duh…
One of my favorite little gems was the idea of Santa having different flying animals in different places. I started trying to think of what would fly for Santa on each continent: North America: puppies and kitties; Australia: kangaroos and emus; Antarctica: penguins…
Thank you for your amazing present! Well worth the wait!

    • *LOL* Thanks, Tigger – that is such a brat attack of an idea! Can you imagine Santa’s Sleigh bouncing its way across the sky – as the kangaroos hopped in front pulling it? All the presents would fall out! And can kangaroos do synchronised hopping or would they just be hopping randomly as they felt like it! LOL! (And kittens and puppies! *rolls eyes* Methinks that is a bratmobile of a chariot!)

As for the other Santas, Uzume would have a silver water dragon pulling her cloud-sleigh and Mirabilis is still waiting for her order for unicorns to arrive. 😉

*vbg* Thanks, Kati! I’m glad you liked it.

And THANK YOU for trying to leave feedback on my blog- I really do love it when people do.

You should have been able to post- nothing has changed as far as I can see – so please do try again. Or just drop me a line at tmt.voluptas@gmail.com (I am going to be moving over to that addy eventually).

      *hugs* ~ TMT
