Break over

And the long wait is over too. I’ve finished my latest story, and will be posting it in parts, as usual. First of three up today, to be followed with a new part each day. This last one is a tiny bit of a departure, being probably more romantic than discipline story. Fizzy says I’ll have to make it up to my readers with the next story being filled with thrashing and multiple implements. 😀  We’ll see.

What I would advise (though I suspect no one’s going to listen to me *g*) is that you re-read the The Queen’s Orchard and The Harvest first, in order to refresh your memory of the characters and background. Then, when you’re done, go read The Reaping. Oh, and before anybody questions my research, they did wear underwear a lot earlier than most people think.

Ha! That bra looks almost as old as some of mine! That was a fascinating read on medieval underwear. I’m going to call them “breast bags” from now on… even though mine aren’t as capacious as “breast bags” sounds 🙂

Awesome stuff to have finished The Reaping! Can’t wait to read it 🙂

    • Alyx says:

*LOL* You’re so funny, Mil. I know, I was amazed at how “modern” their underwear looked. But I can’t call mine breast bags either, that’s for sure. Maybe “breast coin purses.” 😀

  2. Ash says:

*LOL* I have always wondered if I should write that my characters are wearing underwear, if I am writing about old times. 😛 Thanks, Alyx!

Oooh I just can’t wait to read it! 😀 I am sorely tempted to wait to I can read it all at once! But who am I kidding! Ah the torture of waiting…

    • Alyx says:

Well, now you know, Ash! There is always underwear to take down before a spanking. 😉

It’s not long to wait, though. I’m sure you can find lots of useful and responsible chores and studying to do while you’re waiting. *g*

      • Ash says:

Well if the person is wearing underwear! Which is not always… 😉

        Also… Ha! Ha! Ha!
You don’t honestly think that I spend my days doing chores, now do you? It’s summer! (Not that I am having summer weather over here. Curse the weather gods) Though I do have a job… sigh. Yes yes, you are right I suppose… it’t won’t be a long wait. Not really considering how long I have to wait for you to write a story!!!
Will the next one have lots of lots of spanking? 😀 I like spanking! Umh… at least in writing. 😀

        • Alyx says:

Yes, good point about the underwear. As a top I never know which I like better: the anticipation of slipping the covering slowly down, or the easy access. 😀

Listen, you’re not the only one who has to wait a long time! EVERYONE has to wait a long time for my stories, including me! *g* Regarding the next one…I’m thinking there will be more spanking in it. And more other stuff too. *eg*

          • Ash says:

            What’s other stuff?

Oh and also… I feel the removal of the panties is very significant. I don”t know why, but I feel the lowering of the panties is part of the ritual. 😀

            • Alyx says:

Other stuff is….secret. *g* But it will be squirm-inducing, trust me. 😯

I agree with you about the panty-lowering, btw. Something so nice about revealing a bare bottom. 🙂

  3. jenny29 says:

Yay, finally see first hand the story being added. *happy dance*. Can’t wait to go home and read it. Thanks Alyx

  4. Fizzy says:

I can’t believe how much time I just spent reading about medieval lingerie. That was fascinating! The part about people thinking for so long that women never wore underwear because men were the ones writing about it….ha. I promise not to tease you about your “research”/procrastination again. 😆

    • Alyx says:

That’s right, my research was extensive! *glare* Not only the underwear but the food and clothing and castles and nobility….no wonder it took so long to write! 😉

  5. Mil says:

Oh and my dyslexic mind keeps reading this post title as “Bend Over” not “Break Over” 😉

  6. sandy1984 says:

I wonder if the bra had knickers to match, like we do now, or if they just pulled on anything. I have a terrible weakness for nice underwear.

    • Alyx says:

That’s a good question, Sandy. You’d think they would take pains to match them, wouldn’t you?
      And btw, that’s not a weakness. That’s a guilty pleasure. 😉

  7. Peach says:

I’m not dyslexic, but also read the title as Bend Over and my heart skipped a beat! LOL
    Alas, if only … *sigh*
Can’t wait to read the story (won’t be able to until this evening though)!

    • Ash says:

Ya know… sometimes I wish I had this kinklexia too… but on the other hand I would probably get really disappointed everytime I misread a word. LOL

    • Alyx says:

Peach, I think for you and Ash, the “Bend Over” is signs of a guilty conscience. Because you know how well it would apply. 😀

      • SP says:

Guilty conscience? Now I don’t know about Ash (wink wink at Ash) but me? *thinking hard* Can’t recall a single naught thing I did in the past ……. year? Heehee.

  8. Hi Alyx 🙂 I keep forgettin that y’all een no island people like dat . We down here in the Caribbean ( now we een in the Caribbean but that’s another kettle a fish ) call a dog ( and some people ) who don’t have a breed a potcake . The potcakes down here will lay way fer ya if you trespassin or dey just feel like runnin after ya car a tryin to take the bumper off . Now I don’t know if y’all gat some a dem where you is and call them one other name but dats what we call ours down here . And like I said some people too 😉

    • Ash says:

😯 I read potatocake which was very confusing at first. Now I’m gonna go google potcake. *LOL*

    • Mil says:

Um.. so BahamaGirl, is what you’re saying that you have “potcakes” that are non-pedigree dogs, but sometimes you refer to people also as potcakes? If so, here we would say “mongrel”, both for non-pedigree dogs and people who irritate you.. like if someone cut you off in traffic, one might call them a mongrel and give them the bird.

      • Mil says:

Oh, and “potcake” here would be a laced cake that when consumed makes you want to consume the lot, then make more potcake and consume that too 😉

        • Naw Mil I think you is one a us man , you gat to be an island grrl to have couple a mongrel runnin bout like dat . I would love to taste dat potcake you talkin bout , sen me some thru the post .

    • Alyx says:

Thank you for explaining that, Bahamagirl. I was imagining a potcake was a manhole cover! *LOL* Well, you did say it hit your bumper, or something like that! 😀

What you call a potcake we call a “poi dog.” But we don’t use that on people, unless we’re referring to the fact that we have a mixture of ethnic backgrounds in our heritage. Like, “I’m a bit of a poi dog — I have Hawaiian, Chinese, Filipino, English, and German blood in me.” So being a poi dog (whether you’re a dog or a person) is a good thing over here. 🙂

      • Ash says:

Boy that would’ve been interesting! I’m just a pure breed! *facepalm* If someone asks me about ancestry… I can tell them about my grandparents. *LOL* Though my crazy, though sadly recently diseased, grandmother used to say she thought the vikings kidnapped our family from Ireland or Wales way back in time, because she had flaming red hair…. though like I say… she was kinda crazy! But that just means I have a ton of stories to tell now that she is gone. 😀

        • SP says:

Ash, when I was visiting Iceland, I learned that the Vikings indeed took women from Ireland and married them. So your g’ma may have been correct! 🙂

          • Ash says:

Yes, but I can’t go around telling people my family was kidnapped from Ireland by Vikings. It might be true, and it might be a lie. My gran had no idea about family history when she came up with it. 😉

      • Yes my island grrl you are right about mixed ancestry . I’m English , Irish , African , American and Scottish . A potcake with mad brat skills 🙂 but there are persons knowin they more than potcakie and talkin bout dey pure breed .

        • Ash says:

It’s a lot more interesting talking about being a potcake! 😀 I wanna be one too! Then it might be interesting to find out about my ancestry. Alas… there is nothing interesting about my family.
