I apologize, my friends. I’ve been (still am, actually) taking a bit of a break. I’d been overwhelmed recently by all kinds of things, including job responsibilities, and have been laying low. But I’ve also been busy, as my brat has recently visited, and I spent a little time showing her around. Among other things. *g*
I will admit I was a bit nervous about the prospect (more nervous than her, ironically enough), as it was her first trip to the islands, and I wanted her to have a good time and leave with a good impression. (Plus there was that cleaning thing beforehand, but in the interests of topply dignity I won’t expand on THAT. 😀 )
As it turned out, things went pretty smoothly. Following are some of the more relevant points about the visit, which I will share with you:
1. Fizzy is as sweet as she seems online. She was polite and accommodating. She brought me all kinds of goodies, including a cool t-shirt and gustatory delights. One of them was scones she had made herself and had teased me with previously by sending pictures! Heavenly. I don’t think these were intended as a bribe, do you? *g*
2. Fizzy is almost as naughty as she is online. I made the mistake of leaving my bag of implements behind in her hotel room — no sense carrying them back and forth, right? Big mistake! The next time I got ready to pack them, I noticed an implement she particularly hated was missing! 😡 Tops, never trust a brat alone with your implements…it’s too much temptation. Also, never give in to the urge to take a nap on the beach. You never know what kinds of incriminating photos might be snapped of you! Oh, and one final warning: Don’t meet up with your brat anywhere NEAR your birthday. You can’t predict what kind of evil suggestions she may have for observing it.
3. Pre-emptive spanking does work. Fizzy has posted a wonderful blog post on this already, so there’s no need for me to expound on the subject. But I will say I understand “maintenance” spanking much better now. It’s not a matter of punishing a brat for misbehavior which they might have done (which would be unfair), as much as it is keeping them in a certain frame of mind. When a brat’s bottom is reminding her (through heightened temperature or twinges every time she sits) of how much she is cared for, it’s a boost to their overall mental health. Plus it gives the top regular workouts. Pluses all around, I’d say. 😀
4. It is possible to bruise your hand on someone’s bare bottom. This is if you have hands like mine, uncalloused and only used for computer work all day long. But the good news is, the stamina builds up quickly. *eg*
5. Yes, it really IS fun to give someone a well-deserved and long overdue walloping! Especially when their little legs start kicking and they’re making lovely squeaks of distress. *sigh of satisfaction*
6. Eden Fantasys makes some really nice implements. Very effective. And they make great gifts. 😈

Your post only leaves me with so many questions. What sorts of suggestions did Fizzy make re: birthday celebrations? What did you do to her when you noticed the implement was missing? How could you cruelly and unfairly spank someone when they hadn’t even done anything yet? What sorts of implements from Eden’s Fantasys are you referring to so that I can make sure my Top avo…I mean has your full recommendation? Also, what’s the name of the drink in the picture?
And those are just the ones I could think of right this moment. I’m sure I’ll have tons more later. 🙂

hee I suggested that, since she had so generously bought me a lovely leather paddle from Eden’s Fantasys, that we should follow HER OWN policy of always testing out a new implement on the top before she uses it on her brat, and what better way to do that than with an early birthday spanking for her? I’ll leave it to your imagination how THAT went over. 😀
She mercilessly used every single implement she owned on my poor butt when I returned that ruler to her. *wincing* I applaud your third question, as she cruelly and unfairly spanked me for lots of things I hadn’t done (homework, sleeping…). *bg* And as for the drinks: we couldn’t remember later what they were called (a sure sign of a good drink!) but they had passionfruit and guava juice in them, and rum. Lots of rum. Good anesthetic, too. 😆
I tried to provide a link to Eden Fantasys, but apparently they are on a blacklist at WordPress (Puritans! :roll:) and the link doesn’t work. But they have some wonderful leather paddles — beautifully constructed, very sturdy — and a great ruler which looks harmless but packs quite a bite (cheap too)!
I’m distressed that you didn’t mention the way she cruelly and unfairly bruised my hand with her bare bottom!! It took three days to heal completely, and I was forced to use a variety of implements instead. But don’t worry, it recovered nicely and soon I was able to whack as hard with that as I did with my paddles.
(Yes, I need to catch up with my correspondence, I know! I will be putting in OT at work so won’t be writing any stories, but I will try to tackle all the emails. 😛 )
Fizzy, swiping the ruler was a stroke of genius. You still are the quintessential brat that we all aspire to emulate.
By the way – will you please post pictures on your blog? Maybe a few of Alyx sleeping? If you are hesitant to do so, reread section 5 where she gloats over your distress while she’s spanking you…I’m sure it will help you make the right decision. *bg*

Micah, have you ever tried to discipline your brat over your knee while your own bottom was too sore to sit on? Would you like to find out what that is like, mm? Just keep making suggestions like that to Fizzy, and you will. 😯
Here was your error, Fizzy. You do not steal ONE implement. You take the ENTIRE bag! Go big or stay home! Besides, having all of them might give you a position to start bargaining from; taking one starts you from a distinct numerical disadvantage.
And, really, Alyx, a ruler? I’m pretty sure that’s against the Geneva Conventions!
Well you have a point but if I had stolen the whole bag she would have noticed immediately, instead of her taking the bag and going home with it and me being safely far away when she noticed something was missing. 😆
Here’s the problem with the ruler: geometry. She was trying to use it OTK at first and even though the ruler covers both cheeks, unlike a brush or paddle, the tip makes an arc and travels farther and faster than the part closer to her hand, so it hits harder on one cheek than the other. So I had this big red welt on one side that looks like I had a run-in with a one-armed nun. The ruler needed to be taken into protective custody so that it could no longer harm itself or others. *nod*
There was nothing wrong with the ruler….’twas User Error (as they say in technology fields). Fizzy’s right that the ruler was better used when one could get in a decent arm swing. I’ll make sure next time it doesn’t wrap like that. (Btw, I’m pretty sure that’s physics and not geometry — the centrifugal force of the ruler against the centripetal my hand/arm, resulting in welt on bottom where the tip landed. Sorry about that. 😦 )

That sounds remarkably complicated for setting up a forum with the basic hosting SQL databases and whatnot – or will there be more to this site? Will it be some kind of super forum? Or will it be something even better? A day planner? A sapphic-spanking generator? The possibilities are endless. I would like robots.
Actually it’s for two things that are headbangingly simple to describe, but nearly impossible to programme.
The first is about the chat room, trying to make sure the housekeeping functions don’t do the same thing more than once.
The second is about a new feature, and it involves telling a card to slide from point A to point B. When you consider that the points move (and may move during the slide) and we need to use CSS Transitions, it becomes more complicated.
Yeah. We’re completely outside the realm of my technical know-how at this point. You may as well actually be trying to build a robot – which I’d recommend. I’d come for the robots, stay for the spankings.
Well, if I ever build a spanking robot, I’d be happy for you to test it 😉
